Image wall (like graffiti wall, but with images)
 

Hey, I'm looking for some way of having a wall that I can cover with images like this:

It's basically for a cool wall (topgear style) where my moderators can place images of cars, but members can't. I'd need 4 of them - one for each section (subzero, cool, uncool and seriously uncool). The images need to be posted from links (e.g imageshack hosted ones). It's basically an updatable graphic representation of the topics in these forums.

I've searched the 'net and I can't find anything like it, aside from this vb modification, apart from it's for text:
