Installation Issue

I keep getting this error when trying to upload the .xml file:

Could not find phrase 'vbplaza_functions_vbplaza_not_uploaded'.

What does this mean?

I'm also getting this. :(

I have checked over the forum and carn't find a answer to this except to make sure all the upload files and been uploaded to the root directory. I have done that but it's still not working. :((
