how do I make certain members' names in bold?

Like moderators, admin, etc.

Also, I wanted to be the admin with my own name as the screenname, so should I just go to the admin panel, and assign admin powers to myself as another screenname? So technically, there would be two admins, but I would never log on the one named "admin"
