mysql error

i hope this is the right forum, if not, please move it to where it belongs.

im currently running vbulletin 3.6.2 on a windows 2000 server box. running mysql version 1.2.4 rc. i recently upgraded from v3 arcade to ibproarcade. i installed ibproarcade like the instructions said, and converted the high scores and such over from v3 to ibpro. now heres my problem. when im in the admincp and go to group permissions, when i try to change any of the access for any group/groups i get the following message:

mysql 1.2.4 ? are you sure about that number ?
