Bulk Order System/Roster

Hi,

I have users that would like to start a bulk order for something.

What I'm looking for is something small where users can sign-up for the bulk oder and be listed with their username, when they signed up, what they ordered, and the status of their order.

This way we have a roster of everyone who wants in and can easily keep track of who paid and who hasen't.

Isn't there something like this already out for vb? I couldn't find anything with the search unfortunately.
