Hi guys,

I'm curious whether some sort of external (other than the profile /zoints system) hack exists for databasing members in a way that would require the member to fill out a form and would allow some sort of main showcase interface where guests/members can search users under certain criteria like technical ability or location through dropdown menus. If there isnt a hack like this is there perhaps some code that can be bridged that can do this?

I'm also curious whether someone knows about an employment system where members/employers can post/look for jobs. I need something that also works with search and in some sort of dropdown system.
