How Do you keep your ads organized (billing, invoicing)?
 

For those that run in house ads, how do you keep organized and on top of it?

I am running phpadsnew and I am having a heard time invoicing my customers and collecting money on time. Often the banners get deactivated and I don’t even notice.

How do you keep on top of it? Do you use any tools to help you with the invoicing and payment collection?

personally, I don't set ads to expire in adsnew, if my sloppiness earns them an extra few days/weeks then that's how it should be and they should get that free time imo.

I simply write reminders to myself in my calendar...an entry a week before the campaign expires: "email 'x' re: campaign renewal" then another calendar entry "remove/renewal of 'x' due" on the due date.
