Unable to access games

I got the arcade all installed, looks real pretty and everything but when I tried to activate it from my AdminCP>Arcade, I get the:

"page cannot be found" mumbo jumbo.

When my members try to play the games, they get this:

vBulletin Message
The administrator has disabled playing games for your usergroup.

Is there a hack for this?
