Exclude specific forums from increasing global post/thread count

just wondering if its possible for somebody to develop this mod

i just need it to disable a RSS feed forum from increasing the global post/thread count!

you can chose it when creat a new forum. In the Forum option. Select not or increase the post count in 1 forum.
