looking to get a modification
 

I am looking to get a modification created for my site (think vbookie hack). minus a lot of things, and add a few. a lot simpler then vbookie

basically looking to fill in a pre made form via the admin cp, that when finished it will be posted in a pre determend forum as a thread. users will be able to check the box they want (per line) and hit transmit. once they hit transmit there submission will be posted in the thread as a post. users will have a pre determined amount of time to fill in the form set by the admin via admin cp when filling out the form. once time limit is up, users will not be able to make selections.

once event is over, it would be nice to be able to click the winners and have it fill in the w/l for each user for that particular thread.
(think football line in the newspaper, this is what i am looking for)
