Subsrcibe to this thread mod-How do i do this?
 

I found this useful addition to someones forum. basicall it looks like a small snippet of code added to one of the templates. It displays a "subcribe to this forum" or " subcribe to this thread" above the post. it may make users more active on my sites.
Please see the image attached for more detail.

Does anyone know what the code snippet should be and which templete to insert it into to get the desired effects?
