UK Hosting I am having a real problem

I am currently making a vbulletin board here ce-land.com/forum
My current provider netfirms.com are more rubbish that I can describe.
Ok so I won't go into all that because it is very negative.

I am looking for a fast (less than a second per page reload) uk host. I know there are a plethora of them but I need one that can handle:
A large VBulletin throughput maybe 1000+ users (mostly on line mon-fri 9-5)

I need about 10 databases for expansion.

And all the other bits like CGI, real support 24/7, ect.

If someone could reccomend I would be most gratefull.

I'm on the middle package with www.burnouthosting.co.uk

They are pretty reliable, and I've only been down once for about an hour due to a hosting related issue which they had actually told be would be happening.

The only thing is that support isn't the fastest, but when they do get back to you (normally within 24 hours) they always get the problem fixed first time.

you blame shared hosting on your problems with 1000+ users online?

Nope I don't blame them for 1000 users online because I haven't built the forum yet...!!!
