Display custom header messages based on post count?

I'm looking for a hack of sorts, that can display a "Welcome header" like post..but only for users with x number of posts and lower.

What I want to do is for everyone with say, 10 posts and under, have a message that will be near the header, reminding the user to do something, and once they have reached 10 posts the message will go away.

Is this possible?

That's simple enough...

In your header template add the following code at the very end:

        <table class="tborder" cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="$stylevar[cellspacing]" border="0" width="100%" align="center">

        <tr>

                <td class="alt1">

                        Type your message contents here.

                </td>

        </tr>

        </table>

</if>

Using that code you can address people in any user state or show different messages to people who have posted under 10 posts and people who have posted over 20, 30, 100 or whatever your like.
