Negative points
 

I am working on a VBulletin 3.5.7 forum with vbBux/vbPlaza installed on it. The forum is very busy with almost 40,000 members. In the past there has been a small issue with members somehow ending up with negative points. It was far and few between so not much was thought about it.

Recently the negative points issue has gotten out of hand. Many people are suddenly ending up with negative points. I've myself seen members go from 3,000 points to -1,500 points and then back to 3,000. Even stranger is the fact that this is happening during times when they are inactive on the board as well as when they are active. This, of course, prevents them from viewing/posting any threads when they are currently in the negative.

I've poured through the vbBux settings, forum permission settings and usergroup settings and there is nothing set that should be causing them to lose/regain these points.

I'm clueless on this one. Any ideas?

As a side-note, vbBookie is NOT installed on this board which has been known to cause a similair issue elsewhere.

I just found out that ibProArcade had very recently been installed on this forum. Could this be the issue? I'm really feeling a bit lost here. The problem still exists.
