How to make nav edits

Say I want to make a link to my forums link exchange up in the right hand corner of my forum (cupteadesign . com ) how do I edit this? I went into my template's navbar editor in the admin panel but all I see is some php which im not that familiar with at the moment.

Can anyone give me some advice on how to go about this?
