customized to rate threads in a 'reviews' forum?
 
I've been reading about vBux and there are a TON of options. Simple question: can it be used or modified to rate threads in a 'reviews' type forum. Kind of like a digg-peer-review type thing. Most important things I'm looking for is a way to reward people that get good feedback on their reviews and get points taken away for bad reviews.

the closest I've gotten to this is using the VB Geek's GARS package. I just need to hack up a new type for it.
