How Do I display a linked text description whenever someone posts a URL?
 
On some VBulletin forums, if you type or copy/paste a 'Http://..." link into a post, when its published it will automatically display a description of that link, rather than the link itself. The description is a hyperlink to the address that was originally posted.

How do I implement this feature?
