Register on two boards?

Is this possible?

Index page:
Links to vbulletin board 1 and vbulletin board 2

If you register at one vb board 1 you are automaticly registered at vb board 2 and the other way round. (maybe two different spaces)

If it is possible, is it time-consuming to code?

Please help :)
