Is there a Picture Scrolling Feature?

Is there a feature that allows you to scroll through pictures on the forum similar to the windows picture & fax viewer (but only scrolling, not rotating etc)?

So if I have a thread with 100 pics you could open the first one then scroll through the rest using arrow keys under the pics?
