Sharing login info with a non VB system on the same domain.
 

Maybe the answer to this has been posted and I've just missed it. If so I apologize for asking this question for what may be the 1m time. I have seen threads on sharing logins between two VB systems on different domains, but I havn't found any on sharing with an unrelated system on the same domain.

I am adding VB to an existing site that has some registration/subscription features. Is there a way to open VB up to people that have already set up a registration on my site. I'd rather not make people register multiple times and have to keep track of multiple username/password combos. The existing system is cookie based but I didn't design it so I don't know that much about it and I've never messed with cookies that much.

Any help/ideas people have I'd welcome.
