what do you call it?

Im looking for a mod, not easy when it has to be called "the start a new thread under forum name on forum home mod with rss feed and whatever else link thing mod"...?... whats that mod called then?

On the forum home you can see under the forum name <start post> <rss feed> <whatever> i think :) can you help me please... just cant find it... ahh :) cheers
