Thread modding?
 

Does anyone know if there is a hack available or if one can easily/viably be made that would allow each thread starter to 'moderate' their own threads?

I would like the starter of each thread to be able to delete/edit all posts (their own and other users') within the thread they have created.

The ability of vBulletin to do this is the only thing hinging on me buying a license.

Also, I will need a 'karma' type setup where users can add and take away karma from other users based on the quality of their post. and a karma store where people can buy bigger avatars, they can bomb other users, etc.

If someone can give me a price quote on this, it would be much appreciated.

Thread moderation by the thread starter is not an option with default vBulletin, nor do i know of a modification to do so.
