Resize...
 
Can somebody help me?

I need to do several things;

a) I want to resize the the main forum table (it shows all the threads and subthreads. e.g General Chat, Jokes) and align it to the left and add some hyperlinks on the right.

b) I also want to add a banner to the main forum page and the banner has to appear in all subsequent pages a user opens.

Please Someone please help.
