I am looking for a thread about a moderation and I can't find it.

What I want is a mod that will allow my forum banner to change when the page refreshes or when a new link within the forum is opened.

Here is what I mean:
http://forums.dieselstation.com/
(Click on the different threads and you will see the banner changes)

Can anyone help me????:surprised:
