phpadsnew help please

Can anyone give me a hint on where to include the invocation code of phpadsnew with vb 3.6.4? I upgraded my forum and the old vb hack I had running my banner adds went away so I got phpadsnew up on the server. Just can't seem to get the banner placed! Easiest way to get it between the body and the navbar?

I edited the navbar template and just added my code to the end. Not using phpads yet myself though.
