email notification of all posts/replies but my own

Hello,

vBulletin has email notification options for all posts but I also receive my own posts/replies which is annoying.

vB also has instant email notifications for subscriptions, but you only get one email, until you view the thread again.

I need a solution where I get an email for every post in my forum unless its by me (the admin).
