Show Similar Threads?

In vbulletin.org in the Showthread display at the very end it about 3 or 4 similar threads with links....

Are these the directions I need to have the same thing?
I followed them however they don't produce the results I was looking for.

How do I set vB to show more than 5 similar threads? e.g. show 10.
