Bandwidth question.....
 
How do I know if someone is "stealing" my bandwidth by posting a graphic on their site that is actually hosted on my server? I am thinking this... I have photoplog installed and a LOT of people who visit other forums. I think quite a few people have used the img code in photoplog on other sites because my bandwidth jumped A LOT last month.

Dunno... but if it's becoming that much of a problem dissalow hotlinking.

in your cPanel - there is an option to do that. If you don't know where it is or how to do it contact your ISP. It is pretty standard for servers to have that option these days.

I stopped any images from being hosted on my site, all images are hosted via photo bucket or image shack......that will also stop any bandwidth from being stolen.
