Custom profile field on non-vb page
 

i searched the forum for a LONG time today and came up empty handed. all i see are threads asking this question but none give answers...
so im gonna ask this and pray someone is going to help.
I am wanting to be able to use a custom profile field as a variable on any page.
here is an example of what i am trying to do:

I am using the mod Form Hack. The mod is converting the form that was filled out into a thread on a forum. Inside the Plugin/Hook you can set what you want the thread title to be. It says that you can use a variable for this but i cant seem to set it to a certain custom field from the member posting. If someone can please help me id really like to know how to do this
