Alright this is how you do it....

Load up the control panel, add a custom vB code name it [swf] or [flash] and insert the following into the code field

code:--------------------------------------------------------------------------------<embed src="--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

create another custom code and name it [/swf] or [/flash] (corrisponding to the first one) put the following into the code field
code:--------------------------------------------------------------------------------" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash" type="application/x-shockwave-flash">--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That should do it, to use it just type [flash]http://urltofile.swf[/flash]

:D

add a custom bb code on the control panel and fill as follow:

vB code tag: swf

vB Code replacement:

<embed src={option} type=application/x-shockwave-flash></embed>

Code Example:

[swf="http://yoursite.com/yourmovie.swf height=000 width=000"][/swf]

Use Parameter = Yes

Explanation:
Substitute the 000 for the height and width according to your movie, all other embed tag parameters should be inside the [swf] tag after the movie source.

Hi

I arrived to this thread looking at the security threat that flash signatures could present.

Some friends told me that the flash signatures could be used for "cross site attacking" and that the cookie (which contains the username and password) of a moderator could be stolen with a malicious-code flash swf file in the sig.

Do you agree ? Disagree ? can you confirm ??
