How to change vbulletin to html ?

I bought vbulletin and i am using it now. But as i search everyone says "for better place in search engines you have to make your site in hmtl" and i want to make my vbulletin in html.

For example
when i open a forum like that "Age Of Empires"
it seems /forumdisplay.php?f=76
i want to make it
/age-of-empires.html
