Image signatures custom by user instead of usergroup?
 
I dont know about you guys but I have a forum with a good amount of members and I dont want to limit an entire usergroup with signatures, I want to do this by user.

For example, I have one dumbass posting a bbcode img to an image that is huge 700 pixels and thats ridiculous. I want to penalize just him for this. There is lots of members that are just idiots posting huge wallpaper size images on their signatures and that is so tacky to me.

Is there any mods out there that can help fix this?
