Download after x posts

hello

I have a website with a lot of visitators and i want to increase the number of posts
I have a lot of stuff for download and i want users to have acces to download area after they have 10 posts

Please can you tell me how to set or the name of the mod?

Is your download area a forum area with attachments or something else? Seems you could do this fairly easily with a new usergroup that folks automatically become members of when they have x number of posts.
