tip & tricks zone

hello, I am looking for the form of creating an area of tricks and advice for the users of my forum.

the idea can be similar to a faq, with questions and answers nested by categories but with the possibility of adding new questions the same users.

Is something created?

vBulletin has an FAQ system which you can update.
Create a forum where they can answer questions if not already answered in your FAQ and update the entry later on.

No need for a hack or?
