Problem with google flash ads

I have been having some issues with some Google Ads that are a flash based ad.

As you can see in the image the ad covers the Quick Links drop down menu as well as the lower part of the search menu.

I know it is a google ad but I would like to know if there is anything I can do in vBulletin to keep those menus on top of everything.
