Can somebody tell me what CHMOD stands for? I have all of the files uploaded but I'm stumped at what that means...

Sorry...I'm not a programmer...

Chmod it for to give permissions a files to another person privileges like reading, writing and so on. If when the files needs chmod 777 and you don?t give that permissions all users can?t see.
