A way to remove every outgoing link for a specific list

Hi there,

I spent fw minuts on GG and on th internal search engine, but didn't found yet an answer :

Does exist a mod or a method to remove EVERY outgoing link for some specific website ?

Imagine someone spam your boad with such link:

-http://www.myviagra.com
-http://www.mypoker.com

etc.

Could exist a plugin where it could be possible to manage a blacklist and to remove all those unwanted links ?

Thers hacks that prevent this from going on i know for sure.

Such as not letting new users post links without making X amount of posts
