Request advice please

hello guys

I have never ever used Vbulltein before as you will soon see.

this is my site. http://www.conveyingislam.com/forum

Any advice on how to fix the problems I'm facing there?

When I view the site on firefox it looks fine but when Its on IE it shows up as you see here, banner is allover the place so many [x] everywhere.....

I need to add buttons as well I think the X's r from buttons any advice on how to add buttons please guys
