Any galleries with content rating controls that can integrate?

i currently have ppost pro, but what i really need is a gallery that lets me ad a NSFW option on upload and people then can set their preferences to not show any NSFW images/thumbnail etc. I guess I will have to pay someone to just add this function to PP for me. If anyone here is capable of such work and available let me know. thanks!
