Installed, but nothing is happening.

I am showing the mod_rewrite module is installed. How do I tell if it is on?

I installed it, but nothing is happening from what I can tell. Site is here:

Used the .htaccess generator, nothing...used the included .htaccess, nothing. The forum is in the root of the domain, which IS a subdomain. However, it is not a folder subdomain, but a separate cpanel account. It should act exactly like a normal domain.
