Can you move a forum from one directory to another?
 
My original question:
Anyone know if it is ok and safe to move a forum from one directory to another without damaging the forum?
If it can be done, anyone know how to complete the process?

The answer I got from vBulletin:
Go to > vBulletin Options > (Site Name / URL / Contact Details) and update the URL of your board prior to moving the forum. And make sure that you don't have a 'cookiepath' set in your Admin CP > vBulletin Options > (Cookies and HTTP Header Options). Once these have been changed, move your forum to the directory that you placed in the (Site Name / URL / Contact Details) update the URL field.

Did, got it done and everything is working fine so far.

but u have to make Redirects

from ur old url to the new one
