Usergroups assignments based on custom profile field?

I am developing a board for nightclubs. As a custom field during registration I as what their role in the club scene is (ie...dj, bertender, manager, etc...) I would be nice that when a user registers and says they are a dj that they would automatically be assigned to a predefined usergroup with permissions specific to their role in the club (ie...not viewing the 'managers' forum)

there are a bunch of these mods to move a user to a group on registration, are there any that move the user to the group after they have registered and filled out the profile field?
