Bug Trackers

Is the bug tracker used on vbulletin.com (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/bugs36.php) publically available (commercial or otherwise)?

And if not are there are other products on the market that will provide similar functionality?

there is a free on here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=96888 for 3.5, I'm not sure if it'll work for 3.6,

Psionic Vision has a commercial bug tracker on visionscripts.com (you will need IonCube),
