Forum Home Display Modification

If this has already been done I wasn't able to find it which I did a search on the forum.

When you have a forum displayed as a link on your forum home page I would like to the forum title and description to extend across the width of the table instead of inserting a "-" under the last post, total views and total posts.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
