Problems after install

Installed the current version for 3.5.1 patch level 2 and I'm running 3.5.1.

Leveling the character, as exp is gained, gets you to level 2, all stats progress as they should, however after hitting level 3, the character shows level 3, has all of the stat increases again, yet the hp/mp/pp all stays at the stats for level 2.

Here's a snapshot to help show what I'm saying.
