Excessive PM's
 
Is it possible to have the arcade only send reminders for tournaments when it's another person in the tournament viewing the page? The reminders seem to be kicked off by viewing the tournament bracket page, but we get a lot of views from people not in the tournament and I'm complains about excessive PM's. Please let me know if you need a better description of the issue. Thanks!

Well, each notification is sent only once and after that a flag is set ... so there should not be multiple PMs *wondering*
