From Fixed to Fluid?

How can I change a skin from Fixed to Fluid?

style manager > all style options > main table width

change this from the fixed width (eg 800px) to a percentage width (eg 90%)

Hmm it only changed the header size -_-

it that case your style has the width hard coded into it somewhere.
