How do I create a new parent forum?
 

How do I create a new parent forum that is not "based off forum 'x'"?

I think all the "Create Forum Based off of Forum: X" in the Add New Forum is just to auto-fills in the boxes based off of another forum.
It doesn't tie the new forum in any way to the old forum, if that's what you were thinking it does.

Basically, if you never press the "Go" button at the top, it will never do anything with the "Create Forum Based off of Forum: X"
