autoload excel data

Is there a fast/simple way to load a large database of questions and answers in text format (each Q&A set is in a cell in an Excel spreadsheet) into a vBulletin forum (the mySQL database) similar to a FAQ so it can be seached? Or alternatively, can it be loaded as a separate message per question and answer (reply).
