Stop PM's

Hello

I have forum where the moderator and I provided information on how to fix cars. We frequently getting PM's from user that don't want to post the question in the forum. Is there a way to preview a message stating to post question in the forums and not to the moderators? I have seen something similar, but I forgot where.
